For agencies

Your name on the record, not ours.

$249 a month covers 25 client sites, scanned daily against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA, with the dated PDF record carrying your brand instead of ours. That is $9.96 per site per month. What you charge for it is entirely your business and we take no cut.

No call to book, no demo to sit through, no minimum term. Sign up, add sites, cancel from the account page when you want to.

The question you cannot currently answer

A client asks whether their site is ADA compliant. The honest answer is that nobody can certify that, which sounds like an evasion when you say it out loud and unprompted. The useful answer is a document: here is what automated testing found on your site, here is what we fixed, here are the dates, and here is what testing of this kind cannot see.

That document is a deliverable. It is billable, it renews, and it gives you a reason to contact a dormant client with something other than an invoice. Federal ADA website lawsuits are projected to exceed 6,000 in 2026 (accessible.org), and 64 percent of defendants earned under $25M in revenue (UsableNet, 2025), which describes most client lists.

What the Agency plan includes

  • 25 sites, each up to 250 pages per scan.
  • Daily, weekly or monthly scanning, set per site.
  • PDF audit records carrying your brand name rather than ours.
  • A separate view per client site, so handing over one record does not expose another.
  • Email alerts when something that was fixed comes back.
  • The full dated history: every issue with the date it was first seen, every fix with the date it was confirmed gone, every regression on its own line.

The arithmetic, without the optimism

List price is $249 a month, or $2,490 a year which works out at $207.50 a month. Loaded with all 25 sites that is $9.96 per site per month, or $8.30 on the yearly price. Those are the only numbers on this page we can vouch for, because they are ours.

Everything after this is arithmetic you control. If you bill 25 clients $50 a month for monitoring, that is $1,250 a month against a $249 cost. If you bill five clients $99 a month, that is $495 against $249 and you still have twenty slots empty. If you would rather sell it once a year as an annual accessibility review with the PDF attached, that works the same way and you set the price.

Four clients at $65 a month covers the subscription outright. Everything after the fourth is margin, and the cost of adding the fifth through the twenty fifth is nothing, because the plan is a flat fee rather than a per-seat charge. That is the whole reason the ceiling is set where it is.

What we cannot tell you is whether your clients will pay it, because we have no customers yet and no data to offer you. Anyone quoting you a conversion rate for this is guessing. Test it on two clients before you plan around twenty five.

One more honest note on cost: if you only ever need one dated audit for one client, buy the $149 one-off instead. It is on the pricing page and it is cheaper than a month of this.

What to say to a client, and what never to say

This matters more than the price. The Federal Trade Commission imposed a $1,000,000 penalty in April 2025 over claims that software could make a site compliant. If you repeat that claim to a client, you are the one who said it.

We test your site against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA every day and keep a dated record of every issue found and every one fixed. Automated testing reaches roughly 30 to 40 percent of the WCAG success criteria, so this is not a compliance certificate and nobody can sell you one. What it gives you is evidence, with dates, that the work has been happening.

Wording you are welcome to lift word for word.

Things not to put in a proposal, no matter how much the client wants to hear them:

  • That the site is, or will be, ADA compliant.
  • That monitoring protects them from a lawsuit or a demand letter.
  • That an automated scan covers WCAG. It covers the part a machine can evaluate.
  • Any percentage of "accessibility achieved". The number does not mean anything and it will be quoted back at you.

Every report we generate carries the same limitation notice, so a client reading the PDF sees it whether or not you mentioned it. That is deliberate. It protects you as much as it protects us.

Getting started

Five steps, all self-serve.

  1. Sign up on the Agency plan

Card details, no call, no contract to negotiate. Monthly or yearly, cancel from the account page.

  2. Add a client site

Paste the address. Nothing is scanned on a schedule until ownership is verified.

  3. Verify it

A DNS TXT record on a subdomain we give you, or a file uploaded to a known path. This is the step that needs your client's cooperation, so it is the slow one. Doing it while you still have their DNS credentials open is the trick.

  4. Set the cadence

Daily for anything that changes often, monthly for a brochure site that has not been touched since 2022. The record is built either way.

  5. Export the record when you need it

A dated PDF per site, carrying your brand name, ready to attach to a report or hand to the client's lawyer.

What is missing, said out loud

You are considering putting your own brand on somebody else's output, which is a bigger decision than a $249 subscription. So here is the list of things that would make us the wrong choice, written before you find them out yourself.

  • We are one person. No support rota, no account manager, no service level agreement. If you need a supplier your client's procurement team will accept without questions, that is not us yet.
  • No customers, no references. There is no case study on this site because there is nothing true to put in one.
  • Branding is a name, not a logo. The Agency plan puts your name on the PDF instead of ours and you set it yourself on your account page, but there is no logo upload and no colour picker. It is a gap and it is being listed rather than hidden.
  • No partner portal, no API keys, no client logins. You use the same interface a direct customer uses, with your client sites in one account. There is no agency-specific dashboard, nothing to integrate with programmatically, and your clients cannot log in to read their own reports. You export the PDF and send it.
  • We do not do manual audits or remediation. Automated scanning reaches roughly 30 to 40 percent of WCAG success criteria. The rest needs people, and those people are you or a specialist you bring in. For an agency that is arguably the right split, because the remediation hours are the profitable part and they stay with you.
  • Verification needs the client. A site you cannot get a DNS record or a file onto cannot be scanned on a schedule, by design, so nobody can point this at infrastructure they do not control.

Questions

Things agencies ask

Can I resell this at my own price?

Yes. Charge what you like, bundle it into a retainer, or give it away to win the remediation work. We take no cut and set no floor. The one condition is the honesty one: do not tell a client the scanning makes them compliant or protects them legally, because it does not, and that claim is the reason this business exists.

Will the client see your name anywhere?

On the Agency plan the PDF record carries your brand name rather than ours. The client does not have a login of their own, so the interface is yours to show or not. Emails about their site go to you, not to them.

A client leaves. Does my bill change?

No. $249 a month is a flat fee for up to 25 sites, not a per-seat charge, so removing a client does not reduce it and adding one does not raise it. Delete the site and the slot is free the same day.

Export their dated PDF before you delete it. Handing a departing client the record of what was found and fixed on their site is a decent last deliverable, and it costs you nothing.

The flat fee cuts both ways, so price for it. If your list is realistically three sites rather than twenty five, the Business plan at $99 is the cheaper answer and we would rather you took it than resented this one.

Did the price change, and am I on the old one?

The Agency plan was $199 and is now $249. If you subscribed before the change you stay at $199, because a Stripe subscription keeps the price it was created with and we are not going to move anybody off theirs. Your site limit and everything else stays exactly as it is.

Changing plan, or cancelling and returning later, puts you on the current price. That is the only thing that ends the old rate.

What happens when I hit 25 sites?

Twenty five is the ceiling on this plan today. If you need more, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can carry it, rather than selling you a tier that does not exist yet.

How much load does the scanner put on a client's server?

Very little. Pages are requested one at a time with a pause between each, images and media are skipped because the tests read markup, and robots.txt is read first and obeyed including any crawl delay. A 250 page scan is a slow trickle spread over several minutes.

What happens to the records if I cancel?

Scanning stops at the end of the period you paid for and the account drops to the free tier. We do not delete the history, because the dated record is the thing you paid to build. Export the PDFs at any time, before or after. If you want the data genuinely erased, ask and we erase it.

Do you have a partner directory or referral fee?

Not yet, and we would rather say so than describe a programme that does not exist. A listing for agencies using the service is planned. There is no referral fee today.

Before you resell anything

Automated testing detects roughly 30-40% of WCAG success criteria. It cannot determine whether a site is legally compliant, and it is not a substitute for manual review and assistive-technology testing. This report is a record of what automated checks found on the date shown - nothing more, and nothing less.

We are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice for you or for your clients. No subscription, ours included, makes a website compliant or protects anyone from a claim. What it produces is a dated record of what automated checks found and what was fixed, which is a genuinely useful document and is also the whole of what it is.
